What is your return policy?

Unused merchandise will be eligible for a full refund within 60 days of date of purchase. Merchandise eligible for returns may be returned free of charge by using the prepaid return label that is included in your original package. Learn more.

There is a one year manufacturer’s warranty on all baggallini merchandise from the date of purchase. Learn more about the warranty.

Does baggallini have a print catalog?

No, baggallini does not currently have a print catalog. We introduce new seasonal product twice a year – in the spring and fall.

No, we do not currently ship outside the United States on costco.baggallini.com.
