baggallini, Inc. warrants solely to those original consumer purchasers who, for their own use or use by another consumer end user, purchase baggallini® branded products directly from an authorized seller that the Products manufactured by baggallini will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase by the original purchaser. This warranty covers normal use only of the Products. This warranty does not cover any damage to the Product caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, improper care, normal wear and tear and/or damage caused by airlines or other carriers. A defect in material and workmanship may include:

  • Stitching issues
  • Broken zippers or hardware
  • Logo placement issues
  • Removeable straps issues


Our policy is to honor Product warranties only on Products purchased from an Authorized Seller of baggallini® Products. If Products are purchased from an unauthorized seller, this warranty will not be valid. If the defect in the Product is covered by this warranty, baggallini will replace the Product, if it is available in stock. If baggallini no longer carries the Product, we can substitute a similar item for the replacement.

In order to submit a claim under this warranty, please contact baggallini Customer Service by emailing costconextBG@rgbarry.com or calling 1-800-628-0321.  You will be asked to submit visual proof of the defective Product, in addition to your name, email address, ship to address, daytime phone number, product item, color and a description of the defect. If available, please also scan and send a copy of the original packing slip. Customer Service will review the visual proof submitted by you to determine if a replacement will be provided. baggallini does not accept returns of defective Products to its warehouse and does not assume any responsibility for these returns. If your Product has a manufacturing defect, please contact Customer Service as noted above and submit the information regarding the defect, as noted above. If you purchased your bag at an independent retailer or department store, please return your bag to that store.
